About

Well, here is the ever-so popular “about” page. As much as I hate writing about myself, I figured I better put a short bio on here telling everyone who I am in as few words as possible.

I am a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to the most amazing people in the world and I thank them all for helping me in my successes and supporting and encouraging me during my “not so successful” moments. Without their support, I would not be where I am today and I will never be able to thank them enough.

I started off my career in sales and marketing at twenty with a leading global company specializing in motorsports sales and marketing as well as print and internet advertising, marketing and promotion. My position within the company offered me the opportunity to work directly with the premier racing and sporting series around the globe, participating directly in some of the largest global marketing campaigns ever undertaken.

In 2002, in an attempt to “do something different” I joined the National Guard and went to Basic and Advanced Infantry Training for four months at Ft. Benning, GA. Upon completion of those fabulous four months I returned home and went back to work. I attended drill weekends once a month and did my two week annual training in the summer, which was a nice break from my normal weekly tasks. Traveling extensively, to various racing and sporting events led to me spending a lot of time away from home and my family, this became less and less appealing to me as time went on and I started formulating a plan for my own financial independence. Just when my plans were starting to solidify, in early 2004, my guard unit was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, during my 6 month train-up prior to deploying and the year I spent in Iraq, I had plenty of time to think about what I wanted to do with my life and how to proceed once I returned to civilian life.

I have always had a “knack” in the technology department, making my first web page well before it was “cool” and pondering ways to make a successful living in the online world. In 2006 I stared focusing more of my resources on web development, marketing and making money online. All these steps have led me to where I am today, doing website design, construction, SEO and consultation work full time and loving every minute of it.
